Set DASHBOARD_ENABLED, DASHBOARD_AUTH_DISABLED, GUARDIAN_CI_BYPASS_LICENSE, DASHBOARD_PORT before connecting. MCP_GUARDIAN_DB_PATH is optional or environment-specific per the README.
